With so many ads on RentCompass, you can make your ad stand out from the rest. Having your ad featured will increase your the exposure of your ads, you will receive more views and it will be rented quicker.
You can have your property featured with as little as $29.99 per month. You can either upgrade your ad to be featured when you list rental homes, or upgrade your ad by editing it from the My Account page.

How will featured listings appear?
- In the map view, your property will have a have marker with a different colour that makes it standout.
- Hovering on the property icon on the map will show the preview window without having to click on the icon, increasing exposure.
- In the list view, your property will show on top of the search results with other featured listings.
- Featured properties are guarenteed to appear on the map before non-featured properties without having to zoom all the way to the area of that property.
