All have 4 piece baths, broadloom (some with laminate hardwood floors) in the living areas and a large utility / storage closet. Kitchens are equipped with modern full size fridges and stoves and double stainless steel sinks. Each suite also offers a large private balcony with a sliding glass door.

The building, and your water, are heated by an efficient and clean burning gas fired system - at our expense.  Clean, bright laundry facilities on the ground floor with new Eco-friendly equipment operated on the Smart Card System (no coins required) are provided for the Residents' convenience.

Our controlled security entrance is covered to offer Residents and guests protection from the rain and snow.  Outside, the grounds are well landscaped and shaded and there is plenty of FREE parking for our Residents and their guests.
