Water and electricity and heat  and gas and electricity can be included FREE in rent for extra $50 per person/per month.
Security is here! The building has controlled entry and are locked. Each bedroom is has individual key locks!
Landlord takes care of cleaning exterior and common areas of building (hallway, laundry room, etc.) grass cutting, snow clearing and salting.
All units are carpet free! Hardwood or hardwood laminate floors in most bedrooms and living rooms!
Renters are responsible for taking in and out their recycling every week. There is a large common garbage bin for residents to put garbage into outside.
