This works out to $495 per person per month if renters choose to split rent between four people. Average paid over the first year is even lower with second month rent free (June 2016) and June 2017 rent also free if renters end tenancy in August 2017 and provide notice of this by July 2016.

September start date rent price: Rent is $2165 per month. We are renting by the entire unit only, not by the bedroom. If renters choose to split rent equally between a group of five people, this costs an average of $433 per person per month. This works out to $541.25 per person per month if renters choose to split rent between four people.
