The other two renters are currently expected to be female, subject to change.

Male or female are both welcome to rent the bedroom.
Rent is $450 per month per person.  The included utilities are water / water heater / electricity / gas / heat. Phone, TV, and internet is not included in rent. Renters can choose to hook up and pay for these services or not as they prefer.

Number of Renters: We are looking to rent the entire three bedroom unit at once. This works well for a group of three though is cheap enough that a group of two might be interested.

Basement unit comes partially furnished with three desks, three chairs for desks, kitchen table, three additional chairs for kitchen table, TV stand, and one pull out couch.

Washer and dryer are coin operated, currently for $1.50 each, are in a common area laundry room that is accessible to both units without entering the other unit.

Two parking spaces are included FREE when renting an entire unit (tandem). A single parking space might be available on first come first serve basis when renting a bedroom.
