Price: Rent is $2640 per month. If renters choose to split rent equally between a group of six people, this costs an average of $440 per person per month. The furnace and water tank use gas for cheaper bills and faster heating!  Utilities (gas/water/electricity/heat)  are not included in rent and are paid by renters OR utilities included option which includes water / electricity / heat / gas included free in rent if renters prefer at time of lease signing for an extra $360 ($60 per person if splitting rent equally between six people) - Rent is $3000 per month with this option ($500 per person per month if renters choose to split rent equally between a group of six people).  Under all options Internet, cable, and phone are not included in rent. These services may be ordered by renter as they prefer.

 

Furniture option: House is not furnished, owner can provide furniture if renters sign up for this on lease for the following amounts:
$15 more per desk per month
$35 more per bed per month (double size, includes mattress and/or box spring)
