Main Unit - Rent is $1745 for the entire unit. This is only $349 per person if your group chooses to split rent equally between five people. Rent Include water / water heater / electricity / gas / heat all included free in rent. Parking on shared driveway is included free in rent when renting the entire main floor unit. 

Lower Unit bedroom is $349 per month. There are two of three bedrooms available or coming available for rent in this three bedroom unit at the time of posting. Single renters welcome.  Bedroom #3 in the lower unit is available soon. Bedroom #2 in the lower unit will be available for September. The bedroom that is not for rent we are currently expecting the renter living to be male though this is subject to change. Both male and female are welcome to rent. Rent Include water / water heater / electricity / gas / heat all included free in rent. Sorry no parking available if renting a bedroom in the basement. 

The main floor is a 5 bedroom, 2 washroom unit and has all 5 bedrooms currently available to be rented by as a whole unit. One washroom has sink toilet, bathtub while the other has sink, toilet and stand up shower. The main floor has two bathrooms including a full bath (bathtub with shower in it, sink and toilet), the kitchen includes fridge, stove and dishwasher for your convenience. Also, the main unit has a furnished living room area only. Furniture other than listed in the ad is not included in rent but owner will consider providing furniture for an extra, negotiable amount. 

One parking space is already taken by the renter staying on in the basement. There is one additional legal parking space still available included free when renting the main floor unit. However there is room on the driveway to fit more cars (potentially up to four total) if the tenants arranged among themselves if one car was blocking another.  If there are tickets from bylaw the tenants are responsible to pay them and not park in that manner again. No parking on lawn or sidewalk is allowed.

The basement unit is a 3 bedroom unit and currently has 1 bedroom available to be rented by a single renter. Both units have separate entrances and cannot be accessed via the other unit.  This unit has a washroom with stand-up shower, sink, and toilet and the kitchen includes a fridge and stove as well. Sorry no parking is available for the one bedroom available for rent in the lower unit.

Both units are professionally cleaned prior to tenant's occupancy.

FREE parking is available and if there are only two cars then there's no switching out as they can be parked side by side. If there are more than two cars then switching will be needed.
