Rent price:
Water / water heater / gas / heat / electricity included FREE in rent in all pricing options. 
Internet, cable, and phone are not included in rent. These services may be ordered by renter as they prefer.
For unit 1 only (other units not included) furniture is optional as renter prefers at time of lease signing:
Desks available for an extra $15 per desk per month.
Beds (double size mattress, includes box spring and/or bed frame) available for extra $35 per bed per month.
Other furniture that renters want (couch?) available for a negotiable amount extra depending on specifics of request.
For unit 2 only we have at least three (possibly more) double box spring and double mattress that can be included free in rent.


All units are a September start date!
Unit 1 - Unit 1 has now been rented.
Unit 2 - Main floor unit - Rent is $2495 per month. This is $499 per person if you split rent equally between five people. We are renting by the entire unit for $2495 per month only. We are not renting by the bedroom.
Unit 3 - Unit 3 has now been rented. 
Unit 4 -Unit 4 has now been rented.
