If you have a group of five we are also happy to show you the house as one of the current renters (female) is interested in living there again and happy to examine joining your group. Utilities (gas/water/hydro/heat/water heater) are included FREE in rent!  You can discuss with the current group if they have flexible amount each person pays based on which room. Internet, cable and phone are not included in rent.
