Start Date: May start date. Minimum 12 month commitment

Number of Renters: We are looking for one person to join the current group.

Price: Rent is $3294 per month. If renters choose to split rent equally between 6 people the amount each should pay is $549. We are renting by the entire house only and not by the bedroom. If you have a group of five we are also happy to show you the house as one of the current renters (female) is interested in living there again and happy to examine joining your group. Utilities (gas/water/hydro/heat/water heater) are included FREE in rent!  You can discuss with the current group if they have flexible amount each person pays based on which room. Internet, cable and phone are not included in rent.

Washer and dryer are NOT coin operated and are FREE to use.
Security is here! All bedrooms have individual key locks.
There is a mix of tile, hardwood, and carpet flooring. Please note the fireplace is not usable and not an included service in rent
Large driveway can fit 2-3 cars depending on the size of cars.

Many of Hoffaco's rentals have a four year lease date but only require a minimum 12 month commitment. The lease is worded in that allows you to end tenancy every 12 months but requires you to provide advanced written notice to do so. There is no fee to end tenancy.
