Designed as a new, vibrant community hub and gatheringplace, Mirvish Village integrates a new park and publicmarket, an extensive public realm, micro-retail, 24 restoredheritage buildings, unique restaurants and shops as well asnumerous indoor and outdoor performance and gatheringspaces all interwoven with public art installations includinga mural by artist Frank Stella. 
The entire project is powered by a neighbourhood energy system by Creative Energy thathelps it achieve reductions in energy use of over 30%.
