Room for rent in London at Frontenac and Commissioners. I have one unfurnished room available for rent in my three-bedroom side split house. The room is on the lower level, it measures 11' X 11'. I am a female working professional with a Monday to Friday schedule. The other roommate is male professional working Monday to Friday as well. We are looking for someone who, ideally, is quiet and respectful. I have 2 medium sized dogs, so you must like dogs. This is a respectful environment with no smoking/drugs/vaping or drinking. This is NOT a sharing room and no overnight guests are allowed. The Room rental covers living in a quiet neighborhood, internet access, kitchen privileges, heat, and a laundry day, once a week and shared bathrooms. Parking is available if you need it but it will have to be accommodating as we both have vehicles. The house is on the bus route and close to downtown and walking distance to London Health Science Hospital. The roommate I am looking for must be quiet, considerate of others, communicate well and clean up after themself. First month’s rent and security deposit are required. Monthly rent must be paid on time and 30 days’ notice must be given when moving.
