Halifax Quality Homes Ltd. specializes in residential leasing and property management of homes, condos, flats and small rental buildings in the greater Halifax Regional Municipality. After many years in the residential leasing and property management business in the Halifax Regional Municipality, Colin Sword and Susan Maylin, created their own company “Halifax Quality Homes Ltd”. Mr. Sword brings a wealth of experience in both the banking industry and as a Property Manager. He has two degrees from Dalhousie University (Bachelor of Science & Commerce). He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.
