Preston Apartments

The forerunner of Preston Apartments, Gonte Construction, was a family owned business that specialized in the construction and property management of high rise buildings for over 35 years.

As the Greater Toronto Area grew, so did the original company, gradually evolving into a fully integrated group of real estate construction and management corporations covering the entire real estate spectrum, from rental apartments to planned communities of single family homes. In fact, our sister company, Preston Homes, has developed and built over 1,500 new homes in communities such as Alliston, Newmarket, Courtice, East Gwillimbury, Brampton and King City.

With Gonte's growth and diversification, came a name change to Preston Apartments, enabling us to develop a single Preston brand that encompassed all of our real estate activities.

Today, Preston Apartments has a rental portfolio of over 2,200 apartment residences in prestigious buildings across the GTA, making us one of Southern Ontario's premier residential rental companies.
